This blog explores the science of food and other fun food facts. It is a collection of thoughts from me, a food scientist.
I love food and everything connected to it (minus the dirty dishes). I got a degree in food science and worked for three years as a Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor at Brigham Young University. It was a unique job that involved checking food, training students, working with clients, and so much more. The best part of work was talking about food all day long.
Now I’m a stay-at-home mom and this blog is my intellectual outlet.
